We liked that it had incredibly comfortable and incredible location close to everything. The most important was the staff - pleasant and polite people.

The location is perfect, close to everything and within walking distance to Walmart. The amenities in the room are well-equipped, with a fridge, microwave, and 2 burners. The bed is comfortable and there is a chair and blanket to cozy up and watch TV. The laundry facilities are clean and affordable. The option to cook in the room was a money-saver.

Also, Minot Country Club was 2 miles away from the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room at Welcome Suites - Minot, Nd. It was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The location was very convenient, with easy access to Walmart, the mall, and other stores and restaurants. The best part was the price, which was significantly lower than other hotels in the area. Although it lacked some amenities like a pool or continental breakfast, it was perfect for a good night's sleep and relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and cleanliness.
